Charlene Minx

Charlene Minx is an intellectual property attorney, and the founder and principal of Minx Law. Drawing on 20 years of experience, Charlene partners with founders and senior executives to develop and execute intellectual property strategies that support and advance long-term business objectives.

Charlene counsels clients in all aspects of brand management, including trademark selection and clearance, global portfolio development, and the creation and growth of brand licensing programs. On the enforcement side, Charlene advises clients when action is necessary to protect and preserve brand equity.  She has extensive experience representing clients in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, federal court litigation, and cross-border disputes. Known as both a pragmatic advisor and an aggressive advocate, Charlene prioritizes business-focused resolutions while remaining a strong defender of her clients’ rights.

Prior to founding Minx Law in 2016, Charlene practiced in the Brand Management and Intellectual Property groups at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
