Charlene Minx

Charlene advises clients in making critical business decisions related to their brands.  She works closely with founders and senior executives to develop and execute legal strategies that are aligned with business objectives.  

For more than 18 years, Charlene has counseled clients in all aspects of brand management and enforcement.  Her work includes guiding clients through the selection and clearance of new brand names and designs, formulating strategies to build global IP portfolios, and building out brand licensing programs.  

On the enforcement side, Charlene advises clients when action is necessary to maintain and protect brand equity.  She is an aggressive advocate who seeks business-friendly resolutions whenever possible.  She has extensive experience representing clients in TTAB proceedings, in federal court litigation, and in managing cross-border IP disputes.

Prior to forming Minx Law in 2016, Charlene practiced in the Brand Management and Intellectual Property groups at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Steptoe and Johnson LLP.
