Andrea Cristiani

Andrea Cristiani is an intellectual property attorney with over five years of experience advising clients on all aspects of trademark law. Her practice includes clearance and filing strategies, prosecution, and the management of U.S. and international trademark portfolios. She has represented clients across the beauty, apparel, technology, and food industries, guiding them in protecting and strengthening their brands.

Before joining Minx Law in 2025, Andrea practiced at Sideman & Bancroft LLP, where she was a member of the Intellectual Property, Brand Integrity and Innovation, and Business practice groups. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.

Andrea has been recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2023–2025) and is an active member of the International Trademark Association’s Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, reflecting her dedication to advancing brand protection and enforcement on a global scale.
